: The worst traveling experience over years and unfortunately in my own country where I don't live anymore for many years. The best example of hotel owner manipulation and story rather to tell to the police than anywhere else. At first the room description on the page and reality doesn't match. I booked room with a large double bed and kitchen, got a small room with 2 small beds and fridge on the attic. There is a public sharable kitchen in this hotel, noone of the rooms contains any. Lady doesn't accept all types of dogs ( only small half-dogs are welcome). Facing all technical problems after arrival I decided to accept all conditions of the owners, even if I paid different type of room and didn't get any kind of compensation from them. My goal was to visit Energylandia with my son and fill up his time with fun. Because of Energylandia I booked another night in the meantime. At that day the lady owner asked me via SMS to leave the room. I kindly reminded her that I booked another night and she should see it in the system. From that moment hell started with this person, resulted in a police call in the evening because of her annoying disturbing messages that she was sending to me despite the fact that I told her to stop. The lady just couldn't stop writing, preaching me about respect to her, harming me etc. Police informed me about my rights to report this person based on paragraph regarding abusive behawior. Before leaving i also had a very unpleasant situation with her husband who was aggresively insisting on my mistake and guilt and defending his wife. Terrible situation, terrible, problematic people, never again there. I can't even find words for this what happened there. I felt offended, harmed and manipulated. Spoke with the service of booking.com at the same time about the situation and they confirmed no match in room offers.
