  : Great location, right next to the best parts of the city.
  : The staff charged us a second time for tourist tax, despite the fact we had already paid this through booking.com. I explained that I had already paid and showed them the confirmation email, but they refused to refund or give an adequate reason. Having spoken to others staying there, they found that the staff were charging them for extra things too and being dishonest about it. Body language and expressions are a big giveaway, e.g. not making eye contact, looking at the floor and being insincere. Also the reception area smelled of cannabis for the duration of our stay and there was dust all over the floors and bathroom, with woodlice and ants found in the bathroom. I won't be staying there again.

  : For being a small hotel, parking was available. Right in the center of town.

  : No place to pick up or drop off, no parking, but worst of all was NO fridge.

  : We visited 3 times (3+3+1 days) over a short period recently and were very satisfied with both the room and staff. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom functioned fine. Staff were very helpful, and we were able to leave baggage securely between visits. The location is next to the (small) historic centre and convenient for the main tourist/shopping drag without actually being in the thick of it., Very good value for the price.

  : Good location, close to Historic center and walking distance to bus station. Safe neighbourhood, quiet at night. Comfortable bed, clean linens. Friendly staff. Mountain views A+!
  : Hotel is very dated, old and worn out furniture, rooms and hallways have not been painted in years. Breakfast buffet is no longer offered. There is a dining area and a small bar, but it seems they are only serving hot beverages. Slow and anciet looking elevator, but in working order. All in all, this place needs a little TLC.

  : Good location close to city center and main tourist walking street.
  : It was very hard finding the hotel in the evening as it is poorly lit. We had to drive past a few times before locating it. Plus there is no parking available to unload the luggage, and the supposed private parking wherever it could be ,is always full... We had to drive and park 500 m away in a private parking and walk all the way back at night...

  : A very simple and affordable option to spend the night in Andorra la Vella. The building is an older one, so there is no elevator and the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower unit. Wi-Fi is fast and stable.
  : The sink, the bathtub and other objects in the bathroom are in the various states of falling apart.
