  : Accommodation in Amsterdam is pretty expensive so this place offered great value and it's so unique too! Very easy to get to from the airport and only one stop on the train (the station is right next door) to the city centre. You can watch the trains going past from your bed - wasn't noisy at all. The carriage compartments are pretty small and you can hear the rooms next door quite easily, but it's the novelty of sleeping on a train that you stay here for. We had 3 bunks in the room - the top bunk is extremely high so not recommended for young kids. The communal areas are nice with a bar, an outside patio, and an area with games and books. The staff were friendly and my daughter enjoyed the complimentary lollipops! We only stayed here for one night but my 7 year old daughter absolutely loved it and we had lots of fun. This is such a cool place to stay!
  : Rooms are very small and a bit of a squash and walls are thin so could hear talking from next door. Shared toilets and showers, which I don't usually like and are a bit tricky with a child, but it was manageable for one night.

  : The location was handy to a main train station
  : The room was tiny. Three bunks on top of each other with the third being extremely unsafe. The ladder was very old and very difficult to safely ascend with sharp coat hooks in the way if you fell. There is a sprinkler head very sharp, right in your way as you climb which I only found after I split my head open with a cut. No towels provided for the terrible shared bathroom. Wasnt allowed to use toilet paper in the toilet. No guard rail on the beds so we didnt sleep well at all for fear of falling out and falling 8 feet down. The worst place Ive ever stayed in my life. Wanted to check out immediately and spend another 130 to get a room in the meininger nearby but it was late

  : It was better than the prewiew on the site. The personal was h24 kind professional and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was really nice to see a good cleaning. We had everything we booked for. Despite being on train (small spaces) the shower was really comfortable.
  : Maybe i'll suggest to put a stable canopy that you can open on summer and close in winter instead of big umbrellas that can not block you from the strong wind. It was not a problem for us but if i could suggest something this is the only thing.

  : Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly.
  : Bathroom shower didnt have a full door so bathroom was constantly wet from people showering. Space was in cars was v limited. I realize its a train car, its just apparently not my preference. No guard rails on bunks. Unable to close the window covering while having the window open at night. Very thin walls and loud guests until 2am.
