  : I would not even rate this as 1 but 0. Bed sheets are dirty it wasnt change there were bloods in it. Women staff in reception arent helpful they are rude and eyes are on pc screen than talking to customers, shouting to other staff infront of customers aswell very unprofessional. Men somewhat better more accomodating or easily to interact with.
  : Alot of things, such as rude reception staff, shouting at other staff infront of desk and customers very unprofessional, blood all over bed sheets, pillow and quilt. No airconditioned.

  : The location was great! It was a quiet, more residential area, so we felt more localized. The bathrooms were quite large for the room, which was also a pleasure.

  : Location was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was good.
  : Three days of no hot water in morning, not until after 10am. Whole hotel from what we could gather. Evidently they had a technician working on fixing it each day but, obviously, not so as to permanently fix it. No apology was offered either, just simple declaration that the maintenance people were working on it each day. Very much felt like we deserved a discount - hot water shower each morning was definitely an expectation on booking this hotel.We also had not air conditioning for the first day or so, which was annoying given it was muggy. On the second evening we were given a fan and that was okay. The ac was fixed on the third day and that was great. There was broken light in the entrance foyer which was a little annoying and was not fixed despite complaining about it.
