: The location of the property is amazing, walking distance from absolutely everything
: There was no aircon, but that was my fault for not checking prior to booking

  : The location ONLY
: Theft incidence happened to me. 500 euros were stolen from my room’s safe while I was out. When I came back I found out that the safe was not opened by my password, i called the security he came and opened it when i found out that 500 euros were taken. The manager said he inspected the cameras and he trusted his housekeepers and they can’t open the safe. One word to whoever took the money, you really ruined my 10 days journey in Amsterdam by this action on my last day in the city. To the hotel manager, i would like to be updated about this incidence as I am really angry and I will not stop spreading this incidence on all social media platforms and among my friends, unfortunately the thief chose the last day in my stay to steal the money so as not to have a chance to call the police.

: My second stay, great location, friendly staff, nice view
: The new design of the renovated bathroom is crazy. The height of the sink was arranged up to a person above 2mt. I guess. It was so hard to use the sink, wash the face and brush the teeth etc. There is a design mistake for sure. A new and modern bathroom shouldn't be so challenging (and I'm 1.72 mt).
