  : Great location close to the centre, unfortunately we were located on the very top floor which meant four very steep flights of stairs so if you struggle with climbing stairs make sure to book in advance and try and arrange an en suite room on a lower floor. We did enquire about moving floors which the hotel kindly looked into but couldnt accommodate. Over all the staff was lovely, the location was perfect and close to everything in the centre, it was cheap and clean, the beds were very comfortable and I would definitely stay again even the stairs didnt put me off. And the staff also let us store our bags In the back all day after checkout and use the toilet when we needed so we didnt have to trek up to our room.
  : The long haul of stairs, if I knew where my room was before arriving I would of arranged another room well in advance due to having a medical condition that affects my breathing, I think pre allocating and informing guest of there rooms if requested should definitely be something to be looked into as it was a struggle for me and stopped me from going up to my room as much as I had wanted to.
