A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that different policies and additional supplements may apply for group bookings of 9 people or more. Please note that guests are required to show their VALID credit card that used to pay for their booking along with their valid ID upon check-in. In case the payer is not one of the guests the property should be informed at least 2 weeks before arrival as sufficient paperwork must be completed before check-in. Extra bed is optional in most rooms with a surcharge of €60.- (Sunday-Thursday) and €90.- (Friday and Saturday). On holidays and events rates might differ.
