  : It was convienent for the Metro Station into Amsterdam.
  : The room was small & expensive. Mosquitoes from the nearby lake made for a very uncomfortable two night. No A/C or fan in the room.

  : - BIG MOSQUITO PROBLEM. It was a hot week in June, and we were suggested not to open windows and close doors to prevent mosquitoes from coming into our room.- NO VENTILATION.. There is no AC or ventilation in the rooms. It was a hot, humid mess in there. All around the room, you can see previous battles with the mosquitoes. They should look into investing in buying screens for the windows since the mosquito problem is so big. - NOT AS CLEAN AS IT COULD BE. There were a lot of previously smushed mosquitoes on walls, ceilings, and curtains. - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. The front desk always had different staff, and 4 out of 5 had no customer service skills. They have a face like they didn't want to be there and as if I was burdening them by checking in or asking a question.- NO FRIDGE. There's no fridge in rooms, only 1 shared fridge at the front entrance.- NO IRON IN ROOM. I needed to iron some clothes, but I didn't bother to ask at the front desk. Perhaps they had a shared one. - DIM LIGHTING. The main room light is very dim. This is more of a personal preference. I didn't like how dim it was in the room. I had to turn on the bathroom light, and all 3 side night lights in order for it to be bright enough to find the mosquitoes in my room. - FAR DISTANCE. Sure, the metro and busses are nearby. But it takes almost an hour to get to the center of Amsterdam to sight see. - EXPENSIVE. All in all, I think this place was pretty high in price for all its flaws, and it was very uncomfortable with the mosquitoes.

  : The location is close to the metro, very easy to locate and base your travel. However it is about a 25 minute ride into central station where most of Amsterdam’s action is. The hotel is quiet and staff are great. Restaurant had good food as well.

  : We had a lovely time at this hotel. The cleaning staff, reception staff and hotel itself made us feel very welcome and were friendly
  : The room had a lot of Mosquitos, I think due to all the rains and there is quite a bit of water in the surrounding area to the hotel. Everything else was great, the staff,food, and accommodation xx
