: Perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The room was not only spacious but also featured a huge sofa that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to visit all the major attractions. All amenities like toothbrushes are included, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Good thing that robe, and slippers were there. Room being a bit loud from passage and neighbors, however passage is closed at night. Also earplugs included, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

: These apartments are very centrally located, with easy access to transport, food, shops.
: We were there 10 nights. The place had not been properly checked before we moved in, as neither the TV nor the central heating were working. I had to report these problems twice before anything was done and then the heating took 6 days to fix. It felt as if we were in a sauna as the heating was at 26C & couldn't be changed down. It was terribly uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep properly at night.

: Great, convenient location.
: Reception at the Hotel de Hallen wasnt the warmest (where you must check in for the Apartments de Hallen). I was told that a maid service and maintenance would be coming by during my stay. After I specifically confirmed that I would be given advanced notice of their arrival, I wasnt. Between getting work done remotely and jet lag, I would have hoped that they would have understood the ask. Also, using the clothing dryer was a nightmare, even with searching for a user manual online. I had better luck draping my damp laundry all over the apartment to dry it.

: the apartment was spacious, clean and all the required amenities. The location was very good from a convenience perspective with the local neighborhood. Very good food options in Den Hallen, a useful mix of shops on Kinkerstraat and nearby markets made a the stay very easy. The staff were also helpful.
