  : The location of the property is excellent. Not in the loud crowd but yet, a few minutes from the attraction. Check-in was very well organised. The flat is exactly as in the photos. Complimantry Presocco was very kind and thoughtful. There is also a kettle and a nespresso machine in the room. Chet was very helpful with a minor wifi problem. And he fixed it immediately. I would love to stay here again..

  : Location was great, and worked really well for enjoying the best of Amsterdam while avoiding the worst excesses of some elements of tourism. The hosts communicated very clearly and were very helpful in suggestions and tips - and storing luggage for us on our arrival in the morning, as well as getting us in the room a bit early, which was much appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, and while there was no cupboard space for clothes, there was an open suspended rail to use for hanging garments. The open bathroom was advertised beforehand, and we noted a curtain rail which could be employed if needed, but it was nicely appointed and worked well. The sparkling wine in the fridge was a nice touch that we appreciated on arrival! Coffee making facilities were there and easily usable.
  : Stairs were a bit narrow but not that unusual for an Amsterdam canal house, I think. Otherwise no concerns. I might suggest a few more bottles of shampoo/shower gel - we quickly used the one of each that were there (a very sticky hot week in Amsterdam!)

  : Loved the location, especially the outlook to the canal. A very spacious room and beautiful bathroom with a great shower.
  : There was nothing to dislike about this lovely place, however some bowls, spoons and a bottleOpener for self catering purposes would be helpful.

  : We had a great time in Amsterdam. Our room was 1st floor overlooking the canal. A nice size for 2 people, very comfortable. This met our expectation and absolutely would stay here again. Location is quiet but walk 2 blocks and you are near everything you need. We took train to museum district but other than that it is a 5-15 minute walk to everything the area has to offer.

  : The location is EXCELLENT. The property is a renovated 400 year-old place, on what was once the street where the wealthiest people were living. Most of the canal tours pass by the property. It is a beautiful, and very quiet location. It gave us a sense of "local" Amsterdam living. The room was nice, and spacious. It overlooks the canal - at a distance of approximately 25 feet. VERY scenic surroundings. A tram stop is about a 2-3 minute walk from the property. You can buy passes for the public transportation for 9 Euros for 24 hours, and you can conveniently and quickly go just about anywhere in Amsterdam using the trams and and walking short distances.
  : The houses in the district are fairly narrow, and as a consequence the stairs in most were built as VERY steep, narrow-radius stairs. Anyone with a bad knees, or physical disability that would impair their ability to climb might find it difficult to go in and out frequently. It was a little bit tricky getting our two heavy suitcases up, but as we stayed 4 nights, it wasn't a negative at all. It would be nice to have a cabinet to hang clothes in.
