  : Friendly family apartments run by Spiros and his family. Set in a quiet location with its own pool and close to the beach. A good breakfast was included and prepared every day by Spiro's mum Mina. We were on the top floor which have the traditional Greek bathrooms, I understand the more expensive rooms on the ground floor have the upgraded bathrooms. On leaving our hire car died. Spiros tried jump starting it and when that failed offered to give us a lift to the airport. You can't get better than that for service.
  : We did not have a kettle in the room to start with and assumed one was not provided. We should have asked.

  : Our experience at this hotel was a mixed bag.We appreciate that they allowed us to check into our room earlier, which was very convenient after the long journey. The hotel staff was also friendly and communicative, making us feel welcome.
  : There are several negative aspects that need to be mentioned. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited variety and options. The hotel was situated quite far from any attractions or beaches, and the description of a nearby beach turned out to be a strip of land with many seaweeds, which was disappointing.Furthermore, we found it necessary to rent a car to access activities and beaches in the area, as the location was isolated. Issues with the bathroom were persistent, from the lack of glass walls or an effective curtain to frequent flooding of the bathroom after each shower. Although we requested a room change, we were told that it might upset other guests.Other inconveniences included a water-swollen bathroom door that only closed if slammed shut, a shower head that wouldn't stay in its holder, and a small shower with low water pressure.The most frustrating experience was that the water didn't run for two evenings, each lasting over an hour, including the last night.In conclusion, while we will gladly return to Zakynthos, we will not choose the same accommodation for our future visits. The multiple inconveniences related to the hotel facilities significantly impacted our experience.

  : The host is very kind and helpful. They cleaned every day. The beach is nice, it is right next to the accommodation. Overall acceptable.
  : The environment is neglected, shabby and littered. The breakfast is unpretentious. There are many mosquitoes, there are no mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Overall acceptable but not outstanding.

  : Staying here was not a good decision, we expected something else based on the review score average and the pictures.
  : Sewer / waste water smell in the room, coming from the kitchen sink every day. We raised this issue but there was no stable solution to it other than pouring some disinfectant down the drain, which helped for a couple of hours only. The studio was noisy: you can hear the neighbours; staff outside; street is also noisy (even in low season). During night, we could hear an electrical machine's humming noise from a shed next to the apartment even inside the room. There is also a construction going on next to the apartment building which was also going on Saturday. Breakfast was exactly the same for 7 days and even though it is from 8-11am, we had to ask staff to refill the buffet at 9am since they did not check what was still available this happened multiple times on weekdays. On the weekend it was fine. There is only 1 coffee option and that's a watered down, 200ml cup of americano from a machine. The room description contained a washing machine, which actually was not in the room, but a shared one and it costs 5 euros for a load.
