  : Good location 150m away from the beach and functional flat.
  : However, the bathroom was a nightmare: stuck in the 1990s, very small shower in need of reparation (floor flooded after every shower, sometimes no hot water) and did not correspond at all to the photos on the website.

  : New cooking place was amazing. We got the only room wich had a french bed! They didn't wake is up like last time every second day at 10:00 for cleaning.
  : 1. The price went to high up for 2 weeks. In 2021 it was 400 euros. This time for returning customers I could only get a slight discount and it was officially 700 euros which I find even for a slightly larger room, overpriced.2. The same as last year: the AC unit was too old and couldn't take the load. In the last three nights it was close to unbareable. We did get a fan from the kind owner, but despite that we had to open the balkony doors, wich to this day don't have mosquitonets! I didn't get money back for the last three nights troubles.Every renewing requires some sort of human sacrifice without compensation?Can't we just pay attention to things getting old?3. But this is only me: I hate cold white LED lights especially if they are mixer with Sun warm LED.4. More types of glasses should be available in the kitchen.5. Last year we didn't had to pay for the sunbeds.Now they charged us 5 euros every day, and twice only for 3 hozta of stay, wich is preposterous. Last year a guy came at 6:00 every morning to realy clean up the beach. This time, for five euros nothing happened. The beach Sand was full of wooden and else debris. (An Enorme Resort, Naxou Street, Amoudara, Heraklion) Upside is however, that you dont have to drink cocktail wich is only fine, not amazing for min 8,5 euro.

  : Very cheerful and friendly hostess. Living rooms were spacious and clean. Following is a common problem and therefore it is not negative only for La Stella. The matter is waste management. Local municipality and hotelkeepers should sort it out correctly.

  : Good location, near to beach and also to a bus stop to Heraklion. There is nice breeze from the sea reaching the windows and the terrace, and quiet neighbourhood.
  : No minuses.

  : The host Maria is very kind and helpful. Clean, tidy. Close to the sea and shops, cafes. Close to bus stop 1,2,6. There is a place to store the rental car (preferably in the city parking lot near the bus stop, locals park their cars on the streets similar to Paris).

  : A small but perfectly functional apartment for two people. Has everything you need, from AC, Wifi to cooking facilities etc. Well-priced, 1-minute from beach, and convenient for supermarket, tavernas and shopping. Bus nearby for getting into the city. The host is friendly and very helpful.
