  : Very friendly staff, nice garden. The really lovely ladies at the reception unfortunately cannot make up for the negative experience at this hotel.
  : Never before have I given such a bad rating for an accommodation.Unfortunately an absolute rip-off and nightmare. Why? Well, to name just a few points:- musty, damp room- Worn out mattresses- Outdated, damaged and dirty furniture- Bathroom even mustier than the room, garnished with drain flies. Shower only worked sparingly. Worn out furniture and missing drain plug They say you get what you pay for...not in this case. 92 EUR for a room like this is simply outrageous. If the pictures the hotel used online for the superior double room we booked had even remotely matched the reality, we would never have booked. We raised this extreme discrepancy at reception and apart from a few excuses that there were several rooms in the hotel, there was no explanation for the criticism. The explanation also lacked any logic. Of course, rooms can differ from one another, but there are simply WORLDS between the room booked and the room received. I assume that the hotel assigns the unacceptable rooms to all guests who do not stay there for more than one night, otherwise I cannot explain the many positive reviews here.The accommodation was booked because of the proximity to the airport, we actually wanted to spend a few relaxing hours here. We ultimately decided to spend most of our time outside the room as we couldn't breathe well in the room due to the stale air and only slept for 2 hours before departure (also due to extreme noise in the middle of the night in the hotel corridor).Better book somewhere else, even in this area you get considerably (!) better rooms for the prices called.

  : The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good for the price. The patio and pool were very nice and comfortable. Overall a genuinely nice place.

  : The beach is very close and well maintained (cleaning, service). I was offered a free "upgrade" to Vaya Suites, which belongs to the same owner. It's a brand new building with nice facilities, including jacuzzi. Air conditioning in my suite was very efficient, and the kitchenette is well equipped. Hotel staff both at Georgia and Vaya is excellent and helpful.
  : The location of Vaya Suites is directly on the main road, so there's noise and direct visibility at all times (one can't leave the windows open for the night). This is so different from the peaceful garden at Georgia! Plus I had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which was done immediately--but I still had to ask. At the time of my trip Vaya has just opened and the routine procedures weren't manifestly in place yet.

  : We were guided to another hotel property (Vaya Suites) 1-2minutes from Georgias Hotel - under the same hotel branch. It had been finished a few weeks before, so it looked nice and new.
  : Vaya Suites was newly finished and looked amazing outside, but when looking up close, was unfortunately poor quality. The room hadnt been properly cleaned - old half empty water bottles in the fridge, hair in the bathroom, rust in the shower.

  : The girls at the receptions were so friendly and welcoming. Always greet us with big smiles and very helpful with everything. When we arrived, our room floor was not cleaned and dusty, we told them about it and they immediately apologies and get the housekeeper to clean it. Very fast to rectify issues and provide good service. Breakfast was good too
  : The balcony is a bit too small. Almost impossible to have a table and chairs and sit comfortably.

  : The staff were really welcoming and helpful and the reception area was smart and cool. The breakfast area and the garden were delightful and we had a spacious junior suite with a little balcony onto the street which allowed a view of the sea. It was a good location for visiting Heraklion. Parking was provided at the rear.
  : At the start of the season, there wasn't a great choice of restaurants nearby (we would have had the hotel meal both nights if we had known how good they were).
