  : The bedroom was superb, spacious and comfortable.
  : Not the owners fault but they had a water outage. They did provide me with free bottled water though.My main complaint was I asked if I could have an early breakfast at 0730 due to a long day. At check in I was advised this would be no problem bout it didnt happen.Evening menu very basic, but what I had was very tasty

  : The location is excellent with lovely views all around. The hotel is also very quiet. We particularly liked the building itself and the view from our room. It's an old and very interesting grand hall in lovely gardens. Our room was large with a huge bed and plenty of storage space. Wi-fi was also good.
  : Our shower temperature was very variable - sometimes hot, sometimes freezing cold. You have to search for reception staff when you arrive at the hotel, but it is a big building and they can't be everywhere. We were the only people having breakfast so some background music would have been pleasant. Also there was no fruit for breakfast and the promised bread for toast never arrived.

  : The surroundings and building were beautiful. Beds were very comfy. There were a couple of issues which score indicates but were dealt with efficiently and professionally.
