  : Nothing. The floors were super dirty, the halls and room smelled like weed and smoke. When I told the front desk I was going to cancel my stay he was rude and condescending.
  : There were homeless people coming in and out of the building, your building and employee advertised the property as non smoking but that the whole building smells like smoke and weed. The room and bedding reeked of weed and smoke and I had my children with me so I was very upset that I paid for false advertisement. Your building is not family friendly at all!

  : I would never stay here again! The office is closed during the night and doesn’t open again until 9:00. I tried to call because our luggage was stolen from the top of our car but no one answered. It was a very scary place to stay.
  : The surroundings are not that safe. Our luggage was stolen from on top of our car. The rooms were not that clean.

  : Nothing. It was awful.
  : The office was closed when we arrived. There is a phone that says to call 500 if you arrive after the office closes. My husband and two young kids were in the truck after a 10 hour drive. I called and called for several minutes - no answer. I heard voices inside and banged on the door. A staff member came out, with a gun on his hip. He explained that he works there but was not working tonight - he called the “on call” person and her boyfriend- no answer. He tracked down the maintenance man to let him into the front office so he could get me checked in. At this point, it’s about 12:30 at night. We unload and go into our room. It was awful. Leaky tub. The chain for the door was completely broken. We decided we did not feel safe here at all. There were men wandering around the hallway. When we walked out to leave, the man in the room across from us was just hanging out with his door open. Very unsafe.

  : Shower didn’t work. I was not able to shower which was very disappointing. The handle on the shower broke so we were not able to turn on the water. It was Sunday morning so there was no people at the front to complaint too.
