  : terrible experience as we had to leave the hotel immediately after checking in with security issue.
  : WATCH OUT- VERY BAD SECURITY!!! UNSAFE !!! We stayed on the 1st floor. Approximately 30 minutes after check-in, we heard loud banging on our window, which was very frightening AT NIGHT. Five minutes later, the banging intensified and moved to our door, which terrified our children, aged 13 and 10, to the point that they hid in the bathroom.We immediately contacted the front desk and and request a room change but was not possible.. front desk thinks it might be some kids playing which did nothing to assure us of our safety. Additionally, my husband asked for CCTV but there was no CCTVGiven the circumstances, all of us FELT EXTREMLY UNSAFE and decided to LEAVE the hotel. We had to CHECK OUT at 10:42 PM less than an hour we checked-in. We were deeply concerned about our SAFETY. When we asked HOTEL for a refund due to the inability to provide a safe room, GOT REFUSED, which we found unacceptable. SAFETY ALWAYS BE PRIORITIZED over making profit.

  : Carpets + dog-friendly hotels = stinky hotel rooms. No ice machines, but you can use the ice maker in your fridge which might be great if you're here for a week. If you're here for a night you get about 8 pieces of ice.

  : I need to add my son as a guest on this reservation. His name is Captain Landon Morrison and this trip is a military purpose. I made the reservation because he was driving but his name needs to be added for reimbursement.

  : Room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean! Had full size refrigerator, sink, stove top, and table, which was unexpected, but very much a wonderful surprise! Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was excellent! Great place to stay!
