A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Electricity consumption included up to a maximum of 800 kwatt per week. The surplus will be paid on site and will be calculated € 0.40 / kwatt.

LATE CHECK-IN: a surcharge is required: 50,00 € from 20:00 to 23:00
