  : I can not stress this enough - staff is very friendly and helpful. We were offered room upgrade and a place to leave our bikes. Room had everything we need after a long trip. Restaurant working hours are convenient.

  : English. THERE WAS VERY LOUD MUSIC PLAYING ALL NIGHT AND DRUNK PEOPLE WERE SCREAMING UNTIL 4 AM. WE WERE WITH A 2 YEAR OLD BABY AND COULDN'T SLEEP FOR 6 HOURS. STAFF ONLY PRETEND TO BE POLITE AS LONG AS EVERYTHING IS FINE. IF YOU NEED ANY HELP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT - THERE IS NO EMPLOYEE ON DUTY, THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS AND MESSAGES. WHEN WE FINALLY MANAGED TO CONTACT THE STAFF ABOUT THE NOISE DISTURBING SLEEP - WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS OUR PROBLEM AND THERE WAS NOTHING TO HELP.OTHER DETAILS: this place is far from Alytus - in other words, if you don't like something here - you will be stuck here without any other choice. The entire area has a very bad smell of acidifying water or sewage during the summer. Lots of mosquitoes. When you arrive to check in - no one will be waiting for you at the reception - you will need to find someone to check in yourself. If you ask other employees in the bar, they answer very rudely and incompletely. There is no telephone connection in the bedrooms. - you will have to go outside to make a call. Although there is an accommodation facility here, at the same time they hold parties in the same space - so you are likely to meet drunk and noisy people. This place calls itself a "mansion", but everything is cheap Eurorenovation, kitsch and country baroque. It is simply written on the children's playground that it is unsafe and dangerous to children's health/life. The restaurant closes at 10 o'clock in the evening.   : Location is away from city with nearby attractions and walk near the river. Area is well maintained, safe and beautiful. Breakfast was very nice and catering done to a good standard overall.
  : Junior suite is very small. Our second night was cancelled on short notice due to a function that was taking place the next day. Hotel room was above party hall and the night we did stay we had a rave party till almost 2am. We were given no warning. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Balcony had full ashtray of cigarette buds. While they seem to be well equipped for parties, staying there to relax is not an enjoyable experience. Many other places in Alytus city offer better deals and comfort.
