  : This time the customer service was rude. No towels were provided to take a shower. No microwave when they list one for the room. The cost of the room should have the pet charge included. Couldn't even put the heater up to keep the room warm.Dont recommend

  : Sink broke in bathroom,no TV day in a half no toilet paper no face towels and was disabled gave me up stairs,no light bulbs in restrooms never brought any

  : Nobody bothered me and the room was very spacious and for the most part clean. Did not see any bugs in the room or on the property for the amount of trash everywhere.
  : Housekeeping never came to my room to change sheets or clean the room. I cleaned the room myself while I was there. Outside was always trashy due to not enough trash cans accessible for guests. I was on the 2nd floor and when I needed to throw trash away the only 3 bins I could find would always be full and spilling over. My room had a massive hole in the wall with wires coming from it. Water was cut off during my stay and wasnt notified of the inconvenience by a note or a call due to no phone in the room. I had to call for a microwave multiple times from my cell phone cause who was finna walk to ask every time not I. Leasing office and rooms are in separate buildings staffs uses golf carts to travel with. Pillows were small and no filling.
