  : The staff were super nice, and the location is incredible for a few days of peace and quiet. It was very moving to see the love of the falconry staff, as well as the people who train the horses. We did a visit to both places, and a little horse carriage tour and it was priceless
  : The two less positive points was that the bathroom door didn't fully slide until the end (meaning it didn't fully close), and the SPA got too busy on one evening (the weather wasn't good). The SPA lockers are too small, and if there's isn't enough free space, people shouldn't be allowed to keep going in. When a SPA is that crowded, it is no longer a quiet and relaxing place...

  : Sewage smell in pool area and rooms, bees in the pool area, breakfast very basic and repetitive, room with visible signs of wear, no courtesy water bottle daily offered and ridiculous beverage overpriced specially the water bottles. Much to improve towards costumer focused satisfaction

  : Great Location and spa/pool. Horses, birds of prey tour (extra payment)
  : They surprisingly put us in an adjacent building about 5 minutes walk along an unlit (at night) path from the main building/restaurant/spa. We asked if we could stay in the main building even if we paid more, but they said they were full. Reception seemed to have lots of staff but not very helpful. Given that it was raining heavily, we asked to borrow an umbrella , but they said they had run out. The room is in dire need of an update. Mattress is creaky and very uncomfortable. Towels and rugs so old they were a bit ragged.Room cleaned on express mode: bathroom and sheets changed. Bathroom door is a sliding door which came off, and the door does not seal or lock so little privacy. Restaurant was expensive and the buffet did not impress. Bar was in the restaurant. It would be better to have a separate bar.Apart from the beautiful location, the indoor swimming pool is the about the only thing which lived up to expectations, but it is a family hotel and the echoing of noise from children playing in the main pool made it impossible for us to relax. It would really benefit from having a separate kids pool.
