Located on the 3 km² island of Neuwerk which is part of Hamburgisches Wattenmeer national park this modern yet traditional 4-star hotel offers a quiet intimate North Sea island experience. The Nige Hus offers individually furnished cosy accommodation which has been lovingly and tastefully decorated and boasts views across the island. In the evening visit the Zum Anker restaurant or stop by the Tüdelüt barbeque area and enjoy amongst others oven-baked bread freshly smoked fish and grilled meat. Important Information

The island of Neuwerk can be reached from Cuxhaven either once a day by ferry, or by walking or taking a horse-drawn carriage when the tide is out. It takes about 2 hours to walk and is about a 1-hour carriage ride. No personal cars are allowed on the island.
