Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 18 years old and over stay for free when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Santa Belgica in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
