Policies

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 02 May 2019 until Mon 10 Jun 2019
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available upon request and at an additional cost. The kit includes 1 cot with 1 bedsheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open at certain fixed times of the day.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies:
- 75 EUR per pet, per week
- 12 EUR per pet, per night
Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per apartment is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos.
All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations for rabies.
