  : It was like a ghoust town! The staff was not smiling at all, they acted like I was bothering them. My finger was hurted, I came asking for a desinfection, which they didnt have For breakfast there were only croisants nothing else ;/ They also ask 1/2 price of my stay for my dog

  : Great environment. A kind of estate to celebrate events etc. Since the season was not yet opened and I was the only guest, it's hard to evaluate the facilities.
  : Elevator didn't work yet. Breakfast was not offered, since I was the only guest, but yet I was supplied with an espresso anyway!

  : the property is very clean but there are exeptions.location is nod ok for the ones without car, it was ok for us, just 10 min ride to Altamura center. the bed was really comfortable.
  : there are bloods and marks of killed mosquitos on the walls.. staff could be a little bit smiling

  : Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms.Very beautiful grounds.
  : If you arrive during events you aren't part of, you will probably have a rough time, and I don't think there's any way to know if that's the case.We arrived in the middle of one or two big events going on there, and it took us a long time what felt like awkwardly wandering through someone's wedding to find the reception. Everything was a bit chaotic, and because of the events, the restaurant was closed and the staff didn't have much time to help us with suggestions.When we tried to shower, there was no hot water. We had to ask the staff and they did turn on something, but we had to wait about half an hour for hot water after a pretty long day.In the morning, we wanted to use the fitness center, but it was a ghost town. We finally found someone to learn that it's 10 per person (which no one mentioned when we asked the evening before) for lackluster facilities. These would have been totally fine as part of the rate, but not worth that much extra. We couldn't see how breakfast works at all with no one around (also extra charge), and by that point definitely didn't even bother trying.
