  : I was disappointed I was going to a funeral my sister booked the room paid for it then when I got there they made me pay 50.00 said it was a deposit until I left and then it would be returned,There was absolutely nothing wrong with my room I showered and slept arrived around 8 pm left by 9:00 they took my money out of my bank account I called and asked about it she said it would be returned 3-5 business days,Really they new when I left there was no problem it should of been returned then I havent spoke with my sister yet to see if they charged that on hers when she made the reservation for me The lady said she was mgr Vivian with no last name,And the hallways reaped of marijuana,Poor customer service to rip someone off additional 50 bucks

  : I didn't like a surprise $50 charge at check-in. I booked through Booking com, paying on-line. It clearly said that no fees were to be collected at check-in, yet I was charged $50 which was described as a damage deposit....which is insulting. It has now been a week and my card has not been credited for the $50, which makes me view your hotel as a swindler taking advantage of their customers.

  : We stayed 2 nights. There were only 2 towels in the room so we made multiple trips to the front desk for more. The room smelled like cheap cologne and that was quite nauseating. The elevator was broken so good luck if you had a lot of luggage or small kids and were unlucky enough to be in the 2nd floor. Not great and we expected more from a Baymont property.
