  : Checked-in late so never saw staff but everything was very easy. Room was clean and the entire process was very simple. I would stay here again.

  : - The property is super clean. - Its quiet.- The bed was comfortable enough.- The shower is absolutely amazing! - Free parking.- Complimentary water and wine.- Friendly staff.- Good location to travel into Aachen, Cologne, and nature reserve Eifel.- Shops and restaurants nearby.
  : - The towels were not replaced when we requested room cleaning, even though we stayed there for 5 nights. The floor towel was taken away though, so we had to use another towel on the floor and therefore we ended up with one short. Because we hardly saw any staff we didnt know how to fix it.- We arrived very late, so the gate to the car park was locked and we didnt know where to park. We called them and they helped us very kindly. Apparently you get a key for the gate upon check in. Would have been easier if this was included in the information we received beforehand.

  : The room was warm, pleasant, super clean and quiet, with complimentary water and wine. And a very nice shower as well!
  : The glass door between the bathroom and the hall. People do need some privacy in the bathroom, even if they are in a couple :-)

  : It was clean and cosy and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Off road parking was great. Next door to a great bakery and close to a lovely Italian la strada
  : Would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room/drink making facilities.

  : For us this was a perfect place for one night before travel further to France. The Staff was very friendly and helped with Check-In even though they have a Self Check-In device.. Restaurants and Shopping possibilities nearby.
