  : The room had a a smell , the bathroom looked like it was picked up but not washed , the couch bed mattress had stain , we were located in a non smoking and it defenetly was not a not smoking

  : Dirty rooms, hallway smelled like dogs, front desk worker was extremely rude. When we arrived in our room there were still wet, dirty cleaning rags in the room. The room had not been cleaned and had dirty sinks, table, and smelled bad. When I brought this to front desk worker, he came up to the room, took the dirty rags, and said the room was clean. As I showed him the sticky table, dirty sinks, and sandy floor, he told me that it was clean. I requested a new room, and there were none. I requested a discount and for the room to be cleaned. He walked out of the door and slammed it in my face. He refused to give me a paper receipt showing I was refunded as I immediately left and did not stay. I called Booking, and thankfully they took care of everything while I went and stayed in another hotel.
