  : Clean and well functioning room where everything worked. Once we had arrived, reception was immensely helpful and constructive. The breakfast provided was comprehensive and good.
  : Despite previously messaging and telephoning, there was no response from Utopia which, given that we had some questions, was not helpful. And though we arrived early for breakfast in order to leave early for our trek, the classic German thing of 'towels on deckchairs' had already occurred with every table nabbed with partners sweeping through the breakfast buffet; all credit to the staff (also German, I think, who energetically tried to replace the disappearing food.

  : We spent two nights here during our journey along the Rota Vicentina. Right at check-in, we were greeted by very friendly staff. We had a few questions about the area, and we got answers to everything. The room was bright and clean. Throughout the day, you have access to a coffee maker and a selection of teas. The breakfast was excellent.

  : It was clean simple room with nice decorations and vibe. It was better than I imagined for the price. The breakfast was nice and the place was quiet and clean. There are no extras like chair or TV's in the room but perfect for a one night stay to the area.
  : It feels like the place was setup beautifully but the property landscape has been abandoned. I feel like if they did some landscaping of the grounds it would be even more amazing of a place.

  : Lovely place with friendly people in it. Very much enjoyed the food, the flair and the vibe. Also really loved the possibility to do a yoga class at the pool. If you want to go to the beach, youll need to take the car but thats fine

  : nice clean room, nice pool area, friendly and responsive staff. they have a breakfast buffet that includes glutenfree bread and non-dairy milk, which was appreciated (although overall still a limited choice for someone like myself with food intolerances - maybe the granola could just be gluten-free for everyone, too, for example).
  : I appreciate the idea of the decor being all very calming and zen, but all the white felt a bit much for me. an extra dot of colour here and there would probably add a bit of coziness and help people really relax. The location is a bit out of the way for Rota Vicentina travellers. If you book this, be aware you'll have to deflect from the route a bit - about 3km less coming from from Aljezur, which will get added back on the next day as you'll need to get to Arrifana before starting the section to Carrapateira.
