  : When arrived at the property in the middle of the night we were met by a man who gave us the keys. On entering the apartment to our horror we were met with a dirty apartment, all the bedding and towels from the previous guests were on the floor, the beds still unwashed, the bathroom and kitchen dirty. The floors were filthy. Basically, the apartment had not been cleaned before our arrival. There was no clean bedding or clean towels we could use. We spent a few hours trying to contact the management company, various telephone numbers, via booking.com messaging, but no response. There was nowhere clean to sleep in the apartment. What made it even worse for us, was that we were in Spain for medical treatment and one of us was very sick indeed. It was extremely traumatic for us. The following day the management company called to apologise and eventually sent cleaners over. Otherwise we told them that we would leave. They promised that if we stayed for the entire length of our scheduled stay, they would refund us some of the rental fee. They said this because we had already requested to cancel our booking through booking.com. We decided to trust them at their word and try to just get on with it. Since then (almost 4 weeks ago) we have heard nothing from Paradise Windows, and have certainly not received a partial refund either. They are not true to their word. It is scandalous!! How can you allow people to travel across the world and then come to your apartment when you havent cleaned it since the previous guests?! Other negatives: the shower has hot water for maximum 5 minutes, theres lots of noise from the road, the beds are really short, so if youre tall your feet will hang off the end. Positives: lift, free secure parking, sunny apartment, airco. The kitchen is good for a weekend stay.

  : The host hasn t paid back the deposit, even beeing asked multiple times. Also doesn t provide a receipt. Avoid this place if you can.
