  : The apartment has a very good location.
  : The bed is small for two people. The towels are old and torn. The bathroom smells of mold. The staircase is very narrow for guests with large suitcases

  : Beautiful flat in an incredible central location. Friendly hosts but communication was a bit chaotic and unreliable. Could be much clearer who to contact and when.
  : For 150 a night I expect the flat to be properly equipped and ready. No soap in bathroom to wash hands; no washing-up liquid in kitchen; significant number of dirty plates, glasses and cutlery; only half the number of towels, bedding required (although they brought the replacement towels and bedding quickly, they forgot the pillow cases)
