: Online the property made out that the facilities were more accessible for example the pool was off limits and that was the main reason for booking with this apartment. When given the keys the property owner kept ringing and contacting us not allowing us to do anything once we arrived to Alicante we had to go straight to the property as he kept txting and ringing asking when we would be there and what time etc the apartment is also far away from everything there is no restaurant within a 10 minute walk and no shops nearby we had to get a taxi or bus to everywhere which we werent expecting

: Nice apartment! It has all the necessary appliances, the necessary set of dishes in the kitchen. During our long stay, bed linen and towels were additionally changed.It turned out to be a pleasant surprise that there is underground parking. A huge plus is that in a 10-minute walk there is a wide beach and an embankment along which it is pleasant to walk at any time of the year. Polite and caring staff, thanks to Mathias!

: We were very well received by Gonzalo, who was very friendly and explained us how things worked. The Location is great and the complex infrastructure is really good. Its very nice for a family. The apartment is super well equipped.
: The internet connection isnt very good. Its slow and sometimes disappears. It also doesnt improve afterthought router is reset. Id strongly recommend the owner to make this quick fix since it can be a dealbreaker for many people. Not sure if it was an exceptional event, but Id strongly recommend the owner to change the password in case theres suspicious of neighbours being using the connection and making it slow, or improve the connection. We had to use our mobile connection for most of our stay. The mattresses could be better for the price. They are not terrible, but definitely not great if sleeping in a very comfortable bed is important for you.Not too many channels on the TV and not connected to the network.As a suggestion a strong connection and a Netflix signature for guests could be a really positive point to increase the appeal for this apartment. I guess the guest type for this kind of property would really appreciate and somehow would be expect this to be available.
