: everything was designed for our comfort.very thoughtful and detail oriented owner
: For US travelers, it looks like your credit card may not work while paying for reservation installments. I had to use my PayPal as my 3 credit cards and other means of payment didn't work. Cash was not advertised as an option and I didn't have enough on me. It was the only hiccup of otherwise a perfect stay

: we loved the apartment, it was beautifully decorated and an amazing location with great facilities nearby. beach, supermarket, bars and cafes close by. Also only 20 mins walk to Alghero and Maria pia beach.

: Good location and nice touch with welcoming wine and water. Efficient way to open and close door with phone app.
: The pictures in the bookings are a bit misleading. The building is very run down, that looks like a ghetto, not the same as the picture.We went in March so its still cold in the evenings but the air conditioning doesnt warm the the properly, actually it doesnt seem to work. We chose to sleep in the blue bedroom because it is bigger but it is too cold. The flat is cold and the air-con made it worse although we tried to turn up the temperature- it actually warmer without the air-con on. we had to move to the green bedroom as it is smaller and with window so not too much wind came in. But there is a big damp in the green bedroom, underneath the window. At the end of the stay we both got sick.The hot water tank is too small so the hot water finishes very quickly when taking shower. it is not enough for two people taking shower one after the other.Overall, this is the worst place we have stayed. By choosing a place with 4 stars and 9.5 reviews, we were expecting a much better experience. We think the place is overpriced for the season and its condition. A place with dump issue, shouldnt be on the market.
