  : Nice apartment, good size bathroom. Had a coffee maker & fridge with cold water & drinks.
  : The entire key situation is rather unfortunate. If we would know that 1/ we have to register with 3rd party app Keesy (asking e.g for ID photos, a selfie, sex, highest education) and 2/ all the time have to use a phone to unlock/lock the door, therefore, we need to be sure the battery won't die, we would not book the room. It's just too much stress to worry about during the vacation, a simple key or a door code would be preferable. Also, about the need to register with the 3rd party app we learned the day of arrival (after checkout from the previous room) and it ate 20% of my battery to do so (had to stay in flight mode for the rest of the afternoon to be sure I have a few battery % left to enter the building/room. If you are familiar with the Keesy app and it does not bother you, go ahead, great accommodation otherwise.

  : The room was fantastic - clean and modern with interesting decorative touches to give it some character. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches such as Netflix, the espresso machine and USB chargers.
  : The location is about 15 mins walking to the told town, and 10 mins walking to the beach and not in a particularly picturesque street. I hired a bike, however, and it made it much easier to get around.

  : Very nice and clean accomodation. The apartment and the rooms are really nice decorated and gives you a nice feeling to stay in. Cozy rooms, Confortable beds, and super cleanliness.Even if the apartment isn t placed in a nice area, is very easy to reach the city centre of Alghero (10mins by walking)
  : The only minus is the lack of balcony.

  : Very crative decoration, I loved the Marshall amp looking fridge, I actually thought it was an amplifier. It than turned out to be noisy during the night, but what can one expect.: ) The air-con coming from down-up is also new to me but worked without being cold during the night.
  : Well the app based check in and out is a bit more complex than I prefer, as I am not a geek. Luckily my GF did it superbly :) not a common thing, and not much to do with the service in general just a feedback: my travel debitcard balance went below the room price at the date of leaving, (which I did not remember that was not paid in advance), one of the staff tried to contact me a bit angry with less english knowledge saying I am not taking her massages and I did not pay. Massages went to corp mail box, clearly stating out of office, my phone was off due to flight. Credit card could not be modified on booking.com. I solved the issue, transferred money afterwards, sent extra massage but not a word feedback received so I suppose it was done.

  : Staff was helpful and friendly. The room is big, both soap and shampoo are included. Soft drinks and coffee are included in the room. Bathroom and shower are nice.
  : The guesthouse uses a third party app for check in (Keesy), I have never managed to get it to work. I am also slightly uncomfortable to leave my documents to a third party.
