WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 15 Nov 2019 until Wed 01 Apr 2020
Please note that guests are considered children from age 2 to age 12. Guests over 12 years old are considered adults.

Please note the published rates for half and full board stays on 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on that evening and a brunch the next day, 1 January.

Please note the published rates for full board stays on 25 December include a mandatory fee for the christmas lunch held on that afternoon.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

In case of no-show, the customer will be charged the amount corresponding to the first night's stay.
