Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
