  : Excellent location. Property provides ample space for two people and in our case two dogs.Nicely furnished and very comfortable.

  : Not too far from the town. A nice character of building. Wood burner made some cozy evenings in. Lovely comfortable bed.
  : Not enough cupboards in the kitchen. Don't know where the description comes from of an outside patio, dining area, as there was only a front, very small cobbled area. The houses across the road weren't particularly attractive, particularly when a few of the residents enjoyed their evening and morning chats on the doorsteps, having a smoke. It would have been good to have a blind at the living room window and kitchen, as felt very self conscious. Could have done with a larger TV ! It was very creeky and loud whenever anyone moved around the house.

  : 1. A PERFECT property for dogs. So many properties state the garden is escape proof, when they are not. The front patio garden has a solid wall and secure gate. The stone floors are again perfect for dirty paws, very easy to clean. The house is very relaxed, which again is perfect for dogs and their owners 2. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, stylish bathroom. 3. Great location, 5 minutes' walk to centre of town one way, 2 minutes' walk to the estuary the other way, always had parking outside.
  : These two issues were very personal to me, but now I know I can take the appropriate action to solve and would not stop me rebooking. 1. The stairs are steep. If you have mobility issues this may be a problem. I personally found it difficult to go up and down, so made sure I used the facilities in town to negate some trips to the bathroom! Due to my second issue, I slept on the settee (very comfortable!!), so I worked around it as much as possible, but this is the experience of someone with two rubbish hips and two arthritic knees! 2. For me the bed is very firm, and I couldn't not sleep on it. Also, the ends of the bed were solid wood and for a clumsy person like me, I came home with a couple of bruises! Back to the bed, a simple solution for me would be to bring my own mattress topper, problem solved. As I say these are personal to me, if you are relatively fit and like a firm bed, there are no negatives to this cottage
