  : Very central location in Aldeburgh, with a 200m stroll to the sea. Well-appointed and good amount of space for a one-bedroom, two-person flat. Dedicated parking space, which is important in Aldeburgh. Made a good base for touring the countryside and coast from Orford to Southwold. Very close to local shops, which was useful as we were self-catering.
  : There was no teapot.

  : We had a very good experience overall the only difficulty was finding the car park. We had to telephone for help. Also the spaces are very tight, especially 74 so again we telephoned for help and were grateful to use 10 which was better. Thank you.

  : Parking was not the best as the space was very tight took us a while to get the car in position

  : Exceptional location in the centre of town with everything nearby yp could need.
  : The parking space is extremely difficult to access and when you get in it doesnt serve a family size car and manoeuvring is impossible. There is no overnight parking on any of the streets either. They are all 4 hours maximum so we had to take a chance leaving the car which took away the idea of being on top of the property we were holidaying at.

  : Property wasnt as clean as would be expected. Broken shower handle. Parking space doesnt accommodate medium/large cars but alternative space on street was supplied after multiple phone calls.

  : The bedding could do with updating and certainly a new duvet would be good it was heavy and lumpy. As we had two keys one for outside door and one into Pollys people kept propping open the outside door which we didnt like as not full security.
