  : Kitchenware was very poor, really below level. It's is hardly possible to use the kitchen for preparing meals (low quality and quantity). And that's why you book a flat instead of a hotel room. Really disappointing (I gave this feedback last summer too by the way).

  : Do not book with this accommodation, worst apartment I've ever been on my vacation. I paid 1500 for 12 days that were hell! There is no air conditioning, it is impossible to sleep in a house that is hotter than outside. There was no cable to watch TV, the fridge freezes all the food, the washing machine does not work, the apartment does not have enough kitchen utensils, when I arrived it was dirty to the point that I had to take the sheets off the bed that looked like they had never been washed, so like the pillows, they put a roll of toilet paper for 12 days, two bath towels, completely dirty apartment with dirty walls of dead mosquitoes with blood. All in all, for the price I paid, it's not worth it at all. Don't book with this accommodation, it's living a vacation from hell.

  : The key process was good and easy. The apatment location was good, close to the main beach.
  : The pictures from the apartment are lying. The whole apatment was dirty, and badly equiped. The blanket cover missed, ther weren`t curtain. The bed, the blanket, the covers were also dirty. The toilet was disgusting. The shower head was broken, so it was useless, and so unconfortable. The neighbours were so loud. The terrace is big and ok, but the view is not nice. You can see an old, disgusting, dirty garden. Not so good view in the morning. Not worth any money. We can not talk anybody in person, just via booking, and they answer so slowly (1 day-1 answer) They provide us a new apartment, an "upgrade" on the 3. day, but I got the same or worse, than this apartment. Not recommend.

  : Location is very good, It was the cheapest apartment we have found in Mallorca, and for this price I recommend it for short stays.
  : the apartment is missing basic things like a pan, some basic spices and air conditioning. There is a fan but the bedroom socket didn't work so it was impossible to use it at night, and it was very hot

  : Nothing. The city and beach is nice but the apartment is not. DO NOT BOOK!!!
  : The door lock is broken and held in by screws that can be unscrewed by hand!! Mold in the shower and the kettle. DIRTY BED SHEETS. Trash and glass bottles all over the roof directly in front of the balcony. Only one water glass, no cutting boards, no kitchen towels, no salt/pepper etc, no toilette paper. No trash bags even though you need to bring them out daily. Fridge was frozen over. DO NOT BOOK!!! It was so obvious that we spotted all this within 10 minutes. When all this was brought up to the owners they ignored everything except the bed sheets and a new fan. Supposedly also new towels but unless they made them wet like ours were from our morning shower that is just false. No significant refund or another apartment was offered except for the last 2 nights out of 7. (This was after about 1-2h of calls to them and booking.com every day for the first 4.) The entire stay we did not feel safe because of the lock which was not fixed. Instead we put a chair under the door handle. AGAIN: DO NOT BOOK!!!

  : There was no Toiletpaper in the Apartment. I think that it's a very important part of a place to stay. Just imagine you just arrived and need the Toilet and find out, that there's no Paper?
