  : The price and location, being off the interstate.was convenient. Room was accommodating.
  : Checked in, got room keys, and went up to the room to check the room out. My wife left her water in her monogram cup in the room, and then we left to go get something to eat. Came back and went to our room and put our key card in, and it did not want to open. Come to find out while we were gone to get something to eat, our room had been given to another family. The problem is if we had gone ahead and brought our bags in, someone could have stole our stuff. . Luckily, the ppl that had been given our room gave my wife her monogram cup back that she had left in the room. So we go downstairs to the lobby, and we work things out and get the suite next to the original room. Because by this time after we (4 adults) had been driving for 14 hrs.we did not check to see if there was any towel and wash clothes in the room ( there wasn't any), so my wife goes down to get some the next morning when she wakes up and the clerk was very rude telling her she should have gotten them the night before and it was not his problem. The only reason I give it a 3 on the service is because even though the girl put someone else in our room after we had already checked in, she took responsibility. Accountability goes a long way with me.

  : The carpet smelled bad and looked bad and the rooms are a bit run down. But the beds seem clean.

  : We got a call saying our reservation was ready .we get there, then say that our room isn't clean. So as we are figuring out what to do he comes out side asking us he has a room that the previous people left early but it's dirty? So out of desperation we accept his offer, but verbally promised us that we have until Monday at 11. Nope they ended all Of the situation with apd at our door. We are Individuals that are homeless such as many surrounding the hotels but the difference is we aren't causing property damages or anything related to being a nuance as we were treated.

  : The check-in staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The beds were pretty hard but the pillows were good. The pet fee was reasonable. Location was good.
  : A lot of transient people roaming the parking lot. Carpet was very dirty.
