  : The rooms were big and accommodated our dance team well.
  : The staff were extremely rude and not helpful. We had a few things needing to be changed with payment and check in was not great. After a lot of attitude from the worker and going back and forth it was fixed we think!

  : The breakfast was good. Location was good
  : Big moths in the room. Messing with my Grandson and I during the night. I was awaken around 1 am to loud music and cold. I walked to the front desk, no one was there. A women was asleep in the lobby with the TV blaring. I thought she was homeless so I went back to my room. I dialed the front, a woman answered and said she would come down. It was the woman that was asleep. She told me that she didn't hear anything when I could hear it at the door to my room. I invited her in so she could go by the bed. She again stated that she hears nothing. I again tell her that I can hear it, so she tells me that it's just barely. I just look at her in disbelief so she says she'll have him turn it down. In the morning I reach for the packages of coffee and a dead moth falls into my hand. After taking a shower I reach for my clothes and the biggest moth flies out at me. I'm trying to hit it away from me but I'm in the bathroom with no where to go

  : location and security driving around at night to protect vehicles
  : Room in need of a major overhaul. carpet was torn, one of the coils on stovetop wasnt connected. Tv in Living room didn't work. Phone in living room didn't work which only discovered as trying to call front desk about TV ! Front desk never showed up to look at the tv. couch wasnt flat - had major soft area you fell in to. Exhaust fan in one bathroom made such a loud rattle I was suprised folks above didn't complain about it.Unfortunatley compared to the last residence inn we stayed at in Las Vegas this one was very poor condition.
