WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that New Year's parties are not allowed in the apartments or any area of the complex.

Please note that breakfast and/or Half Board can be served at Alfagar Aparthotel's restaurant which is part of Alfagar Group and situated in another building outside of Alto da Colina main site.

Guests wishing to purchase meals along with their reservation should specify on which days they desire to book them. This request can be made through the Special Requests box, when booking.

Please note that the splash pool is open from May to October. Please note that the water slides for children have a seasonal operation and are closed between 1st November and 31st March. The opening of the water slides takes place during the month of April, with no exact date specified. The availability of this facility is also subject to weather conditions.

Please note that the safety deposit box is available for a surcharge.
