  : Its spacious on two floors and lovely private pool. Great outdoor dining/sunbathing area too. Pretty close to Marina and town which you can walk to. We hired bikes which we love, but it is hilly in this area so you can build your fitness!
  : Its a bit Spartan (no washing liquid etc) but really that would be a bonus as its such good value

  : Nice and cool inside even without air con. Loved the location to the west of Albufeira away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was large and clean and we loved it. The kitchen was well equipped, particularly liked having a filter coffee machine. Very well cleaned and no unnecessary clutter or cushions - perfect for Covid anxiety! Lovely cafe just down the road and supermarket also. A handful of restaurants nearby towards the beach, the Indian restaurant was particularly fabulous. Beautiful beaches nearby. The marina was a 15min walk away, which was lovely to visit a couple of times and have a drink. Beautiful views from the villa towards the sea and the marina. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating, allowing late check out, which was much appreciated.
  : It was a little mis-advertised, and the property manager has been trying to get Booking.com to fix this. It does not have bathrobes, slippers, Wii or PS3. On the plus side it does have WiFi, although the listing says it doesnt! Also the location on the map shown, right beside the marina, is incorrect. The street name shown is correct, however. It is c300m from the marina if you can fly to it, but on foot 15mins, under a mile but hilly.

  : very clean and has everything you need. nice and cool even when so hot outside.good location as only 10 min walk to the old town, so far enough away to not be loud and busy around villa.
  : the decor is a little dated but everything is clean.if looking for modern and sleek, this isnt for you.

  : The pool, the BBQ, Aircon in every bedroom, the terrace overlooking the marina, just enough crockery/cutlery/pans/pots to get the job done, towels were exchanged for fresh ones frequently and the location is quiet with easy access to main areas.
  : Cheap outdoor furniture with no cushions, parasols that don't fit the bases provided so are therefore just useless umbrellas, both shower holders broken, both shower drains blocked, stinking kitchen drain, broken front door handle, tiny rubbish bin, no washing materials provided such as washing up liquid or laundry detergent, and finally rude hosts on arrival, however, they soon changed their tune after I contacted booking.com the very moment we arrived for a partial refund (which was provided so thanks booking.com) - I'd like to say this was the state of the property on arrival and it was bad enough that booking.com provided compensation, if the host replies to this review trying to justify the state of the property take it with a pinch of salt.
