: Modern, spacious and stylish with excellent view.
: The downstairs bathroom smelled like a sewer at times and the shower stall leaked water onto the floor. Couldnt find a single Portuguese channel on the TV.

: The location
: Two of the four bedrooms couldnt be used. One due to ant infestation. And the other was located outdoors, with access via the courtyard. The room wasnt usable due to a terrible sewage smell and poor ventilation. We had to move a mattress to the living room and our kids had to sleep on the floor and couch. The balcony was dirty with bird dropping. It wasnt usable until we cleaned it ourselves (mopped, wiped down, etc)There were ants in the bathroom and on one of the bedrooms. One of the washrooms smelled very foul and like sewage. The water from the shower leaked out due to poor construction/design. The water almost made it to the bedroom and on our suitcases/clothes. No paper towels or napkins were provided. Only one tea towel and one dishwasher pod to use over the course of a three night stay for 8 people. The staff came to address all these issues but this shouldve been dealt with beforehand. Especially since its a very pricy stay.

: Excellent location. Stunning view. Home Holidays had a very helpful app with all the relevant information and communication. The house was well equipped for cooking/dining.
