  : I did find it a little frustrating I kept being asked for arrival time about 3 times and when we arrived the room had not been cleaned.so we dropped our luggage and had to wait anotget hour to settle in. Antonio did apologise though and gave us a slightly later check out. 12.30 instead of 11am.We were told the earliest we could checkin was 3pm but seemingly tge guests after us were arriving at 13.30? Antonio was very pleasant and helpful booking us a taxi for our return to airport and dripping wrist band for pool. The apartment was mostly very clean apart from the bedspread in kids room which had blood specks. The bedspreads should be cleaned . This would be easy done on quiet day as washing machine e in apartment.
