  : Nice bed, good quality clean cotton bed linen. Air conditioning worked well. The instructions were given in both French and Spanish. (Despite being English, I understand both).
  : No one to let us in. Having to look up an email for entry instructions adds to the stress. Then, when I found the instructions I discovered we had been allocated just one room, despite having booked and paid for two. So then I looked for the contact telephone number to ask for the second room. The phone number did not include the international code for France. So a little more stress to Google that. Finally, we were allocated a second room. Next, the bathroom light was faulty, and the laminate flooring in poor condition. The window was in the ceiling and out of reach to open or pull a blind. And perhaps the worst point was the front door keys were almost impossible to use. Their fit in the lock was very poor. My 80 year old sister could not open it at all, and was forced to sit on the doorstep until I returned.
