  : Not like a 4star hotel. Very old and you dont even have coffee/tea/kettle in room. Breakfast is bad. Omelette is not included.

  : Bad quality room in poor condition not even cleaned well.Upon arrival we were requested by reception to provide our IDs for check in as per standard however after the reception guy checked us in he didnt give our IDs back and instead he kept them. On next day we had a morning breakfast and the reception shift was different and they didnt gave us the IDs too. After breakfast we packs our bags, check out at reception, paid in full (150 euro for a night stay which by the way is expensive compared to the poor room quality and service overall) after which we were told goodbye and that was it. Later that night we arrrived at new location and when we tried to check in noticed our IDs were never given back to us. I called the hotel reception and after 10 minutes call in which the reception could not even understand english the whole time told me "IDs here come get them" . I asked the receptionist from my new accommodation to call back and speak in italian language so we could coordinate and he was told if we dont get our IDs TODAY they will send them to police??? So we had to drive back 2 hours (around 200 kilometers for which i have to pay gasoline price as well by the way) right after i drove those 200 kilometers and i needed rest which was denied because of the issue. We were at Auberobello the whole day of which time we were NEVER EVER contacted by phone or chat by the reception at Olimpo to tell us our IDs are there instead they tell me they will give my IDs to police without even trying to reach me over the phone?? What kind of nonsense is that really. We have been around a lot and i have never ever had that bad of a service. When picking up the IDs there was not even an apology by them!!!

  : Nice big hotel close to the center. We had free parking and big rom. Breakfast was nice with selfservice and served.
