  : The location is very nicely situated just at the end/start of the old town.
  : 1. Parking. Its stated that parking might be available for 8 euro a night, which is totally fair enough. It was not stated that its not allowed to park there between 06:00-08:00 the first Friday of the month, neither was that pointed out when we asked the staff, if where we parked was okay. Had to get up at 05:50 to move the car. 2. Cleaning. It is clearly stated that 15 euro will be taken off the 100 euro deposit in case of unclean dishes. Which in itself is a bit of a strange requirement, but thats fine. Whats not fine though, is that there were no washing-up liquid and no drying towel. Not very elegant drying dishes with bathroom towels. 3. Fridge. It was off when we came. Had to turn it on ourselves. Not great. 4. AC. It was 25 degrees outside and about the same inside. AC-panel didnt seem to work. Asked staff downstairs; was turned off in end of September. 5. Balcony. Huge. But dirty. And no outdoor furniture. And the view of a roof. Filled with 20-30 AC-outlets. Luckily they werent on .

  : Location was great. The apartment was very quiet. We made breakfast in the apartment, which was convenient, but the apartment was poorly stocked for cooking. It was spacious, although, we were put in a triple, so there was a bed there we did not use. We would have preferred a loveseat as pictured online.
  : The balcony overlooked the HVAC venting, so we did not use it. In general the unit was set up more for appearances and online photos than fundtional use or comfort. We had to move an endtable into the kitchen so that we could plug in the electric kettle. The cushioned chairs were not clean, so we did not use them and did all of our sitting at the dining table. We had to move stuff around to make it work, and had a hard time unpacking for a week's stay. We had no WiFi while we were there. That was a real bummer. There was almost nothing to cook with, until the last day when they bought pots and pans in anticipation of the truffle festival. We had to go by a knife so that we could make meals.
