Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 29 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
If travelling with pets, you must write it in the Special Request Box when booking, and contact the hotel immediately after booking. Pets can be accommodated at an extra charge of EUR 29 per night, due for a special final cleaning of the room.

Pets are not allowed at the restaurant, at the pool and at the private beach.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 10:00 until 19:00, from June until September.

Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 15 September.

Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.
