  : When I chosen this hotel, I didnt have any major expectations, we travelled as a large family & I paid for everybody, so, it is good service for the price you pay. I give this hotel a good, solid 4 start.Staff at the reception are lovely and always helpful. The food is great. A little bit overcrowded in peak times. Loved the spa facilities for sure. Went for a package of few days massages. Worth every penny. Whoever works in your spa, do not get rid of them
  : Kind of find unfair that some people, seems like leaving throw towels overnight by the pool area on sun beds. Could be not the case, but doesnt matter how early Id get to the pool area, it will be filled with towels on sun beds, for people not showing up for hours, or perhaps for a whole day. Seen this happen few times. People would take up sun-beds, but would never show up during a day. Perhaps, should be a good idea to introduce some kind of rule around this matter. Someone to have on a watch & if, lets say, people dont show up for three hours on their beds, free the space up for other guests.

  : I liked the food, sweets, pool, and staff. Apart from that free shuttle service to the beach and city center was good. The staff was super friendly. Snacks between foods were also perfect. Room cleaning was good.
  : WIFI, it's the worst thing ever. Internet was like 3G speed, it was struggling to do something. Drink quality wasn't good, beer was tasting like water. Most of the things required deposit money. Bar after 12 was paid which I didn't like.

  : Quite long list what I dislikedAircon didnt work, door was broken, no locker, balcony wasnt clean, awful beds felt like its awful and chip hostel, no soap and many other thingsIn nutshell, never ever

  : The staff was super friendly. The music was also good and the location and the fact that it was easy to find taxis. Its good place if u are searching for cheap place
  : The cats! They were everywhere even in the restaurant. Im allergic and the fact that I wasnt allowed to eat in my room. The wifi was terrible! I had to use my own data (4g). Lol u can hear everything from the next door

Disappointing

  : Staff were friendly. Food and drinks were good.
  : Limited sun beds. Hotel was full and facilities were not enough for such numbers of guests. One should use a chair instead of sun bed. Swimming pool was full of children and adults. Almost no sleep because of noise from the pool bar, music until 12 midnight and more. Hotel needs to be renovated as almost no sound isolation.
