  : The view and location was good. Very picturesque.
  : No one speaks english which makes it very hard to communicate. Out of the 3 days we were there, wifi was down for 2 days and they claimed that it was an issue in the region. I went to the hotel right next to this place, and they had wifi. I had to work using hot spot. The staff are not very pleasant. For instance, one of the breakfast staff dropped a bowl on me and did not even acknowledge it. Other staff saw this and they didnt even mention anything. Our safe box did not work and we repeatedly told them to fix it. No one came on the 3 days we were there. They randomly come into your room, and they did not even clean things properly. There was sand and hair on our floor when we checked in. We had to ask for each products (shampoo etc.) Food during the day around the beach and pool was not worth the price. It was left over food from the breakfast, like stale simit. The prices were too high. The breakfast was okay, but the timing was 7:30-10:30 am which for a travel destination is early. They also start removing items around 10.

  : The breakfast was excellent, the location is wonderful especially if you are windsurfing. At the same time, the hotel has all the conditions for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
  : The main disadvantage of a room with a sea view is the noise from the disco until late at night. For the first time I had to sacrifice the sea view and change the room with a mountain view.

  : We have visited this hotel for the third time in the past 4 years, even though we usually dont enjoy staying at the same hotel multiple times. The quality of the food and overall (pools, gym, sauna, room furniture) is good and staff is really motivated and makes you feel a welcome guest.
  : However, we disliked three things in total:- There was a smell of somebody smoking in our room. It came from the ventilation, when some other guest apparently smoked in their bathroom. Even though its a non-smoking hotel, the staff is aware of people smoking in their rooms and management isnt doing anything about it.- Until 1 am a different hotel close-by is playing music so loud, that there is no chance of sleeping at all. Generally, this isnt a problem, as nightlife and general lifestyle keeps you up until 1 am anyway, but leaving for your flight home early, makes you curse your not-so-inexpensive room soundproofed-room :-). Unfortunately all rooms are exposed to this noise-level.- Prices at bar and restaurants are unreasonably high by 30-40%, even compared to other hotels in Alaati or Bodrum (which we know well, also). People were casually bringing beverages and snacks from outside markets, because prices were so ridiculously high. Not the feeling you want to have, when you stay at a premium hotel. Were willing to pay a premium, but this was our last visit.Ill leave some random prices for comparison - there are more expensive items, but also a few cheaper options.In-hotel lunch/bar:0,33 cl Beer ~80,25 cl Coca-Cola ~4Aperol Spritz ~16Grilled Salmon Salad ~20Spa: 50 min. Massage 80-110 (negotiable - we paid half)

  : The staff was very friendly. Special thanks to an he was very professional and helpful even with things outside his scope.Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and good quality fresh food.
  : The building and facilities were very old and not maintained. The hotel focused on the decor only. The room was extremely dirty, dusty and sticky, there was dust and stains on the coffee machine and pods, old hair on the shower head. The view was disappointing for a 5-star we were facing the trash bins (see pictures).Not even a door hanger (do not disturb sign) provided. Electricity went off just outside the elevator.

  : * Really beautiful beach with sand * Super clean water * Close to surf schools which is a bonus * Absolutely great staff (thank you customer-relations for opening the gym in the evening!) * Plenty of space to chill outside of the beach. Good rooms, and OK facilities.
  : * Easy to fix | Install USB-A and USB-C charging ports in the rooms, or wireless charging, this is pretty standard now in 5 star hotels. * Easy to fix | Install fresh-water showers on the beach in strategical locations so people can take quick showers before heading up. * Easy to fix | Put shuttles to town-center, if you're not going to reduce the price of the meals, something like 6PM and 7PM shuttle-in and 11PM and 12PM shuttle out would be nice. That shouldn't cost much, especially if you get an electric van. * Requires financial magic | Hotel food and drinks is very expensive, eating in town makes a lot more sense. 25-35 euros per person for dinner is too much. 5 euros per coffee is suuuper expensive. * Requires constructional magic | 2 elevators aren't sufficient to carry the workload, we ended up spending considerable time waiting for elevators. Hotel needs bigger and faster elevators and 2 on each side.
